What You’ll Do:
Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for our B2B customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
Architectural Data Management: Accurately input architectural data into our software, ensuring it's done quickly and correctly.
Client Interface: Act as the go-to contact for our B2B customers, managing relationships and addressing their needs.
3D Artist Management: Oversee the work of our 3D artists, ensuring projects meet our high standards and are delivered on time.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve how we onboard clients and manage projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project coordination, ideally with a mix of tech and architectural knowledge.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with clients and internal teams.
Experience with architectural data or 3D artists is a plus.
