About the Role

We’re looking for a Vice President of Adoption to lead our post-sales organization and build the systems that make enterprise go-lives predictable, scalable, and successful.

This is not a “player-coach” role. It’s a true executive seat: you’ll own the strategy, team design, operating systems, and financial discipline of a large adoption organization, while partnering closely with Sales and Product to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.

You’ll oversee a Director of Implementation and their team of specialists, ensuring that both the enterprise SaaS delivery and BIM/technical implementation tracks run seamlessly. Your work will directly shape customer success, long-term renewals, and the metrics we present to our board and investors.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the operating system for adoption
    Design and scale the processes, playbooks, and stage gates that take customers from signed deal to measurable outcomes.

  • Lead a distributed team
    Manage managers — not just individuals. Grow and coach a U.S. + LATAM team of 40+, setting clear KPIs, training paths, and accountability systems.

  • Own adoption metrics
    Define, track, and report on time-to-value, activation/utilization, system retirement milestones, and ROI — metrics that matter to customers, executives, and investors alike.

  • Partner across the company
    Join enterprise sales cycles to set expectations, co-create implementation roadmaps, and act as the voice of adoption in strategic conversations. Translate customer insights into Product priorities.

  • Drive efficiency and financial discipline
    Own the adoption org’s budget, forecast, and resourcing. Ensure that scaling growth does not compromise quality or predictability.

  • Experiment with services
    Explore and test consulting, training, and managed services offerings that accelerate adoption, while applying automation and AI to continually improve speed and quality.

What You’ll Bring

Core Experience

  • 10+ years leading complex technical implementations in BIM, AEC software, construction technology, or similarly disruptive enterprise platforms.

  • Proven P&L management with accountability for business unit profitability and scalable growth.

  • Leadership in professional services—consulting, training, and managed services.

  • Track record in startup or high-growth environments driving significant operational transformation.

  • Experience managing distributed teams of 40+ employees across the U.S. and abroad.


Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Deep understanding of AEC workflows and challenges of transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms.

  • Experience driving adoption of disruptive technologies in traditional industries.

  • Knowledge of BIM implementations, integrations, and construction software deployments.

  • Understanding of homebuilding operations and production builder workflows (preferred).


Leadership & Business Acumen

  • Strong change management skills, leading teams through operational and cultural transformation.

  • Business discipline with focus on efficiency, cost optimization, and standardization.

  • Data-driven leadership with experience building metrics, dashboards, and performance systems.

  • Executive-level communication and client relationship management.
