Senior Architect - AEC Tech (Florida)
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Architect to join a forward-thinking team focused on real estate development and building system innovation. The role blends architectural leadership, engineering coordination, and productization of building systems, requiring a mix of technical expertise, management ability, and a drive for scalable design innovation. This position is part of a fantastic, collaborative group of people passionate about AEC.

Florida - Projects in Sarasota, open to Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers based candidates.
Core Responsibilities
This individual will oversee architectural design development from feasibility through construction documentation. They will coordinate across consultants in architecture, structural, MEP, and other trades to ensure full integration of disciplines. A key part of the role is supporting the systematization and standardization of building systems to drive efficiency and repeatability across projects. The Senior Architect will produce high-quality project documentation and presentations, and collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure both efficiency and design excellence.
Qualifications & Credentials
Licensed architect, registered in Florida.
AIA membership and/or NCARB accreditation.
At least 8 years of professional architecture or engineering design experience.
Strong expertise in construction documentation, including technical drawings and detailing.
Advanced proficiency with Revit and BIM workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead consultant coordination and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to convey ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience codifying or systematizing design approaches, and interest in scalable solutions for development and construction will be highly valued.
Ideal Background
Top candidates will have a background in architecture firms, design-build practices, or integrated real-estate/development organizations. They will have experience managing projects from feasibility through construction and will be adept at consultant coordination and construction documentation. Exposure to productized, modular, or standardized design processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with real estate development cycles and the ability to balance design creativity with constructability and cost effectiveness are strong pluses.
