The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing ongoing support, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our products/services.
Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to understand their goals and progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work with the sales team to drive growth.
Provide customers with insights and best practices to help them maximize the value of our offerings.
Track and analyze customer metrics and feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
Advocate for the customer within the company, providing input on product development and feature enhancements.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in AEC sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
High level of empathy and a customer-first attitude.
