Senior Experiential Designer - Shiraz Creative (Los Angeles, CA)

We’re seeking a 3 month temp-to-perm Senior Experiential Designer with 3–5 years of agency experience in event production.

This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who can lead projects from concept through execution — including ideation, creating ground plans, modeling, rendering, and client presentations.

You’ll work across creative phases, producing immersive spatial designs, 3D visualizations, and relevant technical documentation. You’ll be a key part of our design team, collaborating with designers, producers, strategists, and fabricators and a variety of vendors to bring experiences to life.

Salary:

$95K/yr - $115K/yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead experiential design projects from concept through execution

  • Create mood boards, ground plans, 3D models, renderings, drawings and relevant documentation, presentations for pitches and proposals

  • Design with fabrication feasibility in mind, collaborating closely with Production and Design teams

  • Present design concepts and decks directly to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all deliverables

  • Manage junior designers through feedback and delegation

  • Attend site visits and oversee on-site installations as needed

  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry innovation


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency or experiential/event production setting

  • Strong skills in creating ground plans, modeling, and rendering

  • Excellent design sensibility, with a portfolio showcasing experiential work

  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills

  • Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines both collaboratively and independently

  • Comfortable working in remote/hybrid environments
