About the Role:

We’re looking for an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Director of Customer Success to onboard and implement new SMB and mid-sized clients. You’ll serve as the front line of communication with new customers, ensuring a smooth launch experience by managing timelines, leading training sessions, and surfacing insights to improve our process.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation who thrives in client-facing roles and wants to make a direct impact on process development and customer experience.

Salary:

$65,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience and skillset)

Location:

Fully remote (travel to Denver, CO every 2 months for 2-day team sessions). Denver-based candidates preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client-Facing Onboarding & Implementation

    • Own the onboarding experience for SMB and mid-sized accounts from kickoff to go-live

    • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals, workflows, and platform fit

    • Set up and configure client environments and manage data import tasks

    • Lead training sessions with end-users and client stakeholders

  • Project Coordination & Status Management

    • Create onboarding plans and track milestones across multiple clients

    • Provide regular status updates to the Director of Customer Success

    • Escalate risks, blockers, or product issues in a timely and organized manner

    • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities

  • Process & Content Improvement

    • Identify gaps in onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation

    • Contribute to improving the knowledge base, onboarding guides, and internal playbooks

    • Help standardize scalable onboarding processes as we grow

  • Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with the Director of Customer Success to refine onboarding strategy

    • Share client insights and onboarding feedback with Product, Sales, and Support

    • Assist in defining handoff procedures to long-term account management or support

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical account management (SaaS strongly preferred)

  • Comfortable managing SMB and mid-market client projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Clear, confident communicator who can lead calls, run demos, and build trust

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn platform capabilities deeply

  • Experience with support or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot HappyFox, Monday.com etc.) is a plus

  • Based in or near Denver, CO preferred (hybrid encouraged, remote considered)
