About the Role
BAGGU is hiring a Design Project Manager to support our Product Design team.
BAGGU is seeking a full-time Design Project Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco. This role is an integral part of our Product Design function, responsible for managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure that all BAGGU products are developed on schedule and with excellence.
As the Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our Head of Product, designers, and development team to bring seasonal product lines to life. Your work will help keep the team focused and organized, enabling us to continue delivering thoughtful, well-designed products that reflect BAGGU’s aesthetic and valu
es.This position is based out of our San Francisco studio, with a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days per week onsite. In-person access to samples, prototypes, and team collaboration is essential to our design process.

Location and Working Hours
Hybrid - SF office 3 days/week
Responsibilities
Own project management for the full product development cycle across all products, packaging, naming, and copy
Partner with the Head of Product to set seasonal goals and maintain alignment across priorities
Collaborate closely with our Senior Development Manager to manage calendars, deadlines, and workflow checkpoints.
Facilitate communication between Product Design and internal teams including Planning, Creative, Revenue, and Marketing.
Build and manage projects using tools like Asana and Figma to track seasonal work flows.
Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming design-related requests.
Support collaboration and special projects by assisting with related administrative tasks; familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Requirements
2+ years of project management experience, ideally within a design, production, or consumer goods environment.
Experience supporting teams working on physical product design and development.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and clear communication style.
Collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in helping teams do their best work.
Nice to Haves
Experience working for a softgoods or accessories brand.
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Figma or similar collaborative design platform.
Asana or similar work management software.
Appreciation for the BAGGU aesthetic and design philosophy.
