STAT Architecture is a boutique architecture firm delivering projects typically associated with much larger practices. We specialize in multifamily residential, affordable housing, Passive House, and mixed-use developments throughout New York City, creating sustainable buildings that strengthen communities and improve everyday life.
We're looking for a talented architect with 4–8 years of experience who enjoys both design and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Develop projects from design through construction
Produce Revit models and construction documents
Create client and agency presentations
Coordinate with consultants and contribute to design decisions
Qualifications:
Strong Revit proficiency and construction document experience
Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for
presentations and graphicsExperience with NYC multifamily projects preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
