The designer will make a significant impact in our company through conceptual thinking and idea generation and will be charged with bringing to life creative, edgy, end-to-end design and production of a wide variety of projects. The candidate should be honest, team-driven, and have a wealth of creative ideas. The candidate may work remotely if they maintain a well-equipped home office/studio setup, or they may work at one of our offices in Vermont or Miami.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas based on collaboration with other team members and senior leadership
Produce sketches, digital 3D renderings, and full artists renderings of project areas
Help define a project's design and visual identity (colors, material selection, contours)
Experience Guidelines:
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong artistic background and sharp conceptual thinking
Experience in the design of hospitality, leisure, or entertainment projects
Strong knowledge of tools for visual design and presentation (such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator and emerging forms of visual communication; Proficiency in Sketchup or Revit is a plus)
Ability to create 3D renderings (hand drawn or digital)
Excellent communication skills
