Axelar is seeking a Marketing Designer with 3+ years of experience to lead the planning and visual execution of our corporate brand and marketing assets. As the Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving our visual identity. You will create design systems, build marketing materials and support various teams working on content, events, social, business development, and developer relations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an outstanding communicator, and an expert in their craft. The ideal candidate has a passion for synthesizing the latest best practices in design with the evolving personality of the Axelar brand. Professional experience in Web3 is not required, but an understanding of the Web3 design landscape is strongly preferred.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong visual brand identity across all company surfaces including the company website and marketing channels
Create and design a wide range of marketing materials, including presentations, physical assets, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and more
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and effective marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain a design system and style guide
Ensure all design work is in line with brand guidelines, usability standards, and industry best practices
Support business development, developer relations, and other teams with assets and design work as needed
Manage external design consultants on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in-house or at an agency focused on high-growth technology or SaaS companies
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web, print, and digital design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch, and other industry-standard tools
Experience with web design, UX/UI, and prototyping tools such as Figma
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of branding and typography
Experience working in Web3 is a plus
