This position requires sound comprehensive knowledge of leadership, project management, drafting techniques, engineering drawing, and a thorough knowledge of industry standards and compliance codes. This role is responsible for developing designs for complete and complex multi branded corporate stores, department stores, free standing stores and special design projects requested by senior management. Overall encouraging new and effective design solutions adapting existing store design brand guidelines to create high touch and consumer engaging environments within the Americas. This person must have the ability to lead a team of designers corporately, balancing of work plans and budgets, management of timelines and milestones, and building a culture of accountability for themselves and the team.
