Job SummaryEthos Veterinary Health is seeking a Design Manager to support development of new locations, existing site relocations, renovations, and expansions. In this role, you will help achieve growth goals by managing the design of world-class facilities, optimizing standards, and overseeing key architecture and design firms. Using strong design, technical, and communication skills, you will champion high priority projects partnering directly with internal and external business teams. We need someone who can balance diving deep into specific project details while never losing site of broader growth goals. Your work will ultimately help achieve Ethos’ plans to provide high-quality medical care for pets and outstanding experiences for clients. This is a visible role that will be regarded as the company’s veterinary design expert, key advisor, and primary resource.

What You’ll DoProject & Production Responsibilities
This role and the team’s responsibilities are to drive decision-making in construction scope based on operational and medical requirements. Outputs are interior layouts, building modifications, and aesthetics for new sites, remodels, and innovation projects. These responsibilities typically will include programming, planning, conceptual, and schematic details with occasional requirements to assist in design development and construction drawings.
