Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Develop and support Consumer Experience Store Concept for NAM that reflects the consumer and market distribution needs following a global guidance towards a consumer centric brand experience for all DTC physical retail touchpoints. This role is responsible for supporting the Store Design, Maintenance and Construction team with flawless execution of concepts & formats (hyper-localization). Identify concept intention and customize according to market needs; collaborate with global partners regarding adjustments if global standard is not accurate, making recommendations for relevant localization changes.

Key Responsibilities
Manages the planning and implementation of store design which includes all new stores, existing fleet remodels, and if necessary, closures
Completing testifies and feasibility studies for design projects
Designs effective store layouts that optimize space utilization, and consistency adapts and translates store prototypes to various site conditions and locations
coordinating with construction team on budget considerations and value engineering efforts
Driving and creating schematic design packages
Reviewing construction documents, shop drawings and landlord documentation
Clearly and effectively communicating with cross functional teams and team leadership to successfully facilitate the implementation of store design
