  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for deployment projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the progress of deployments, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending improvements where necessary.

  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the deployment process, from logistical challenges to unexpected delays, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

  • Requirements

    • Experience with project management: You should already have experience in project management, ideally in a logistics, construction, or urban infrastructure setting. You should have a high degree of comfort in PM tools and processes and be able to handle many different projects at once.

    • Comfortable working in a startup environment. We’re a small company with huge ambitions. This means processes are still being figured out, tools are still being developed. You’re comfortable with uncertainty and making decisions quickly and can figure things out even when they’re not exactly your job.

    • Passion for urban micromobility and/or delivery work. You should be really excited about electric mobility and its possibilities, and the chance to reshape how the city works, especially for its delivery workers.

    • Strong communication & negotiation skills. You’ll be dealing with contractors, government officials (low-level and high-level), landlords, building managers, coworkers, and more. We need to know that you can get things done and get good value for money.

    • Things we’d love to see but are not hard requirements include: Familiarity with NYC zoning laws, building codes, and permitting processes; familiarity with electrical systems (possibly even a light engineering background)
