WHAT YOU NEED
+ Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
+ Good taste and aesthetic
+ Impressive design and typography skills
+ Knowledge and respect for brand guidelines
+ Experience preparing and organizing files to be able to pass off to another designer/animator (layering and color-coding layers)
+ Understanding of modern design, composition/layout skills, typography, and color selection
+ Strong communication skills and a willingness to to ask questions
+ Ability to work under pressure/tight turnarounds calmly
+ Ability to easily switch gears between projects
+ Animation skills in After Effects a plus but not required
+ Familiarity with Procreate on iPad a plus but not required
+ Ability to sketch storyboards a plus but not required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
+ Design for still (print and digital) and motion-based projects
+ Create designs from existing assets
+ Design original content for our social channels and clients
+ Work within a set brand style
+ Create animation-ready vector assets in a variety of styles as well as provide design recommendations
+ Work with producers, creative director, art director, and project creative leads
+ Work in-house at our office in LA or Seattle
