Role Overview
As anIntermediate Architectural Designer, you will work directly with the client (if applicable), governing agencies, all consultants and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between design and technical solutions to keep the project on track. You must possess excellent time management and proactively manage project details and teammates assigned to your project.

Key Job Functions
You will be managing multiple project types across multiple jurisdictions. We expect you to be able to lead and own everything from napkin sketch feasibility study to pulling a permit.
Reporting directly to the VP of Design, you will lead a rapidly growing team with plans to continue to expand in size over the coming year.
