🪵 About the Role
As theFounding Sales LeadatAUAR, you will lead our commercial efforts as we scale our sustainable timber housing solution through distributed robotic micro-factories. Up until now, sales has been founder-led; this is a unique opportunity to be the founding member of the sales team and be in the driving seat as we grow the team in the coming months and years. Reporting into the CEO, you will be able to hit the ground running benefitting from the pipeline of home-builders we’ve already engaged. Over time, your role will expand as you work closely with our founders and leadership team to develop and execute the sales strategy, cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, and help expand our customer base. The potential for this role is huge and we're looking for someone who wants to be there at the very beginning of the team forming and grow their role as the team grows.
