C.Scaleis hiring a Founders Associate to support our team’s work on data-driven decarbonization in the built environment. We're pioneering a transformative approach to decarbonization that could dramatically reduce the building sector's carbon footprint—responsible for nearly 40% of global carbon emissions. Our software and data products empowers architects, engineers, planners, and real estate professionals to measure, manage, and mitigate their projects’ “whole life carbon” emissions. We’re the team behind the open access C.Scale web platform, Autodesk Forma’s embodied carbon analysis, Galvanize Climate Solutions’ Gold tool, and more.
This new position will support the CEO and COO across various strategic and operational functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment, as you collaborate directly with founders and gain an insider’s exposure to startup decision-making and innovation. We're seeking a dynamic, adaptable "Swiss Army Knife" professional excited to be at the cutting edge of climate technology and startup innovation. While C.Scale is a remote-first company, this position requiresin-person, weekly collaboration with the COO based in San Francisco. In-person presence in New York City will be considered.
