You will collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to discuss visual improvements, discuss sales trends, and address any challenges related to store-specific needs. This role will also be responsible for training store staff on proper displays. The ideal candidate is a creative who is a results and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for retail with experience with a home furnishings retail brand. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit retail stores to evaluate current visual merchandising practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines regarding window displays, interior layouts, product placement, and signage

  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and maps across multiple stores, including creating and installing new displays, adjusting product placement, and incorporating seasonal or promotional themes as directed by corporate

  • Education And Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and/or Interior Design, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

    • A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships

    • Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and prioritization skills

    • The ability to lead, influence, solve problems, and work with all levels in the organization and in a cross-functional environment

    • An expert ability to think systemically and strategically and execute tactically

    Skills And Abilities

    • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In-Design), Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up preferred

A starting compensation range for this role is $77,950.00 - $97,925.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .
