Core Responsibilities
In this role as System Engineer you will collaborate with the team to refine the processes, improve material properties and quality control procedures, to facilitate the successful integration of AM technologies and processes into an industrial production environment. More specifically, your will support:
System Integration: Coordinate the technical integration of an end-to-end additive manufacturing process for a highly automated and seamless system operation.
Process Control: Drive the integration and improvement of control systems in Additive Manufacturing machines and -processes to monitor and govern precise functionality for the best reliability, stability and performance.
Root Cause Analysis: Engage in systematic root causes investigations to identify and analyse the manufacturing process issues or failures and help in continuous improvement efforts.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, materials scientists and manufacturing technicians, and provide process insights to our partners and internal collaborators to develop and optimize additive manufacturing solutions.
Documentation & Implementation: Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future reference to ensure a successful handover for industrial implementation.
