Play your part in our team succeeding

Additive Design & Manufacturing (AD&M) is developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies in the LEGO Group. The department is focusing on the research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials and applications. The department is focusing on metal- and polymer AM production for different applications in close collaboration with different teams. The aim is pushing and driving the AM industry and its technologies towards true large scale manufacturing.

You will join our AD&M Technology Maturing & Analytics team, which is taking promising AM technologies and processes and advancing them to a stage of high maturity and readiness for industrial implementation. The work includes optimizing and fine-tuning the technologies, conducting extensive testing and validation, and addressing any remaining technical challenges or limitations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, material experts and manufacturing technicians, to refine the processes, improve material properties, enhance system performance, and ensure reliability and repeatability. Further, you will also contribute to documentation, quality control procedures, and knowledge transfer to facilitate the successful integration of AM technologies and processes into an industrial production environment.

Do you have what it takes
