Real Estate Associate (Adaptive Reuse / Hotel-to-Multifamily)

We're seeking a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate to help us launch and grow the real estate platform.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Source, underwrite, and help close real estate deals in major U.S. markets

  • Lead market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on acquisition opportunities

  • Work directly with senior leadership on investment memos, deal structuring, and joint venture negotiations

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the feasibility process

  • Help shape the future of adaptive reuse and housing innovation


Who You Are:

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in real estate private equity, development, or investment banking

  • Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel)

  • Experience with multifamily and/or hotel assets

  • Able to take initiative and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Passionate about housing, cities, and innovation
