We support top-tier agencies, producers, and brands like Apple, Meta, Netflix, Adobe, and Spotify—turning ambitious ideas into production-ready designs, 3D visualizations, and seamless real-world execution.

We’re looking for a Creative Technical Designer to join our growing studio. This is a remote-first, full-time role for someone who thrives in the intersection of design, technology, and production—someone who can turn sketches into scaled plans, ideas into immersive renders, and chaos into clarity.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Produce accurate, scaled drawing sets in Vectorworks (2D and 3D)

  • Create photo-realistic renderings and environment visualizations in Cinema 4D (Redshift)

  • Help develop and maintain a library of drawing standards, templates, symbols, and titleblocks

  • Translate concepts into production-ready documents for clients, vendors, and internal use

  • Collaborate on production design, lighting layouts, technical plans, and vendor coordination

  • Support RFPs, equipment lists, power diagrams, schedules, and pre-production packages

  • Occasionally sit in on vendor calls, creative reviews, or on-site planning sessions

  • Work closely with the founder to evolve systems, templates, and creative workflows


🧠 You’re a Fit If You...

  • Are proficient in Vectorworks (2D/3D) and Cinema 4D with Redshift

  • Can confidently build drawing sets and 3D scenes for real-world execution

  • Have 2–5 years experience in live event production, scenic design, or experiential environments

  • Can interpret rough ideas, decks, references, and sketches into buildable visual plans

  • Are comfortable with project file hygiene, version control, and remote team collaboration

  • Understand the basics of event lighting, power, scenic, rigging, and layout logic

  • Take pride in accuracy, design integrity, and elegant solutions

  • Love learning new tools (AI, rendering, workflows) to speed up and sharpen your work


🌐 Tools You’ll Use

  • Vectorworks 2024/2025 (required)

  • Cinema 4D + Redshift (required)

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Notion,

  • Bonus: Twinmotion, Unreal, Rhino, Figma, AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)


✨ Bonus Points

  • Experience with festivals, pop-ups, or conferences

  • Comfortable with lighting design logic or drafting for AVL

  • Experience building render setups and templates for re-use

  • Exposure to immersive or interactive design workflows
