Position OverviewThe Director of Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning ANDRES’ technology initiatives with company-wide goals. This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and adoption of operational and enterprise technology to enhance project execution, internal collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who understands both the technical landscape and the needs of construction field operations.
