What you will do
Lead Interior Design at Pacaso; develop department vision and strategy, build roadmap, and translate company ethos into the built environment by developing creative vision, brand standards, and differentiation
Oversee design production, including capacity planning, SLA management, and cross-functional collaboration with Acquisitions, Finance, and Operations; develop strategies that accelerate growth while increasing design quality and operational efficiency
