Job Description
SmartPM Technologies is an Atlanta based construction schedule analytics SaaS software company which is looking for an experienced Director of Implementation who ideally has a construction technology background. You will work in an exciting, fast-paced, fun, and rewarding start-up environment to support our growing customer base.
We are looking for a results-driven Director of Implementation to lead a team of professionals in the successful customer adoption of our solutions, as well as managing some select implementations themselves. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining the implementation process, overseeing the implementation team, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction that leads to expansion.

What you’ll do:
Lead a team of implementation managers to partner with customers to implement and adopt our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
Coach the team in fostering strong client relationships to understand client requirements and in business processes to tailor the implementation strategy.
Establish and enforce implementation-leading practices to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
Conduct regular audits of ongoing implementations to identify and address issues.
Stay abreast of industry trends and leading practices in SaaS implementation.
Install process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in the solution implementation process.
