The Major League Baseball Games and VR Group designs, develops, and manages a portfolio of high-quality products including console and mobile games, real-time data visualization, VR/AR experiences, and more.

We pay close attention to the trends shaping sports while constantly raising the quality bar with everything we do. Our team works with some of baseball’s most advanced technologies to reinvent fan experiences for video games, next-gen products, Jewel Events, and activations at ballparks around the world.
We are looking for aDirector of Creative Technologywho can manage a highly talented team of creative technologists, developers, and technical artists to drive research and development, technology iteration and innovation across the Games and VR group. You and your team will develop pipelines, technology solutions, and creative interactions for platforms and products including AR/VR, Games, interactive or broadcast technologies.
As a critical part of our innovation team, you will continually analyze the sports technology landscape looking for opportunities to invent the future of baseball entertainment. This may include evaluating short and long-term trends, identifying key “over-the -horizon” technologies, using qualitative or quantitative data to inform assumptions, and prototyping solutions in advance of industry adoption.
You are an exceptional and proven engineering cross functional team leader who can identify opportunity, test and build solutions, and validate approach leading to scale across the League.
This is a new leadership role reporting to the Vice President of Design and Innovation for Games and VR and may require high level of interaction with other senior leadership.
