We are looking for an experienced and dynamicDirector, Global Construction and Project Management Leadto join our Real Estate team. This role involves leading a team responsible for global process management, creating standards and guidelines to ensure consistent budget, schedule, and risk management across all regions. Additionally, the role will oversee project delivery specifically in the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing consistent processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing comprehensive reporting to offer a clear overview of their business column. This role requires close collaboration and partnership with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure successful process implementations across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global process management in construction and project management.

  • Lead the team responsible for delivering projects of various sizes in Puget Sound region with Vendor support.

  • Develop and implement standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in budget, schedule, and risk management.

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of leading teams and managing small to large-scale projects with a focus on process management and standardization.

    • understanding of budget, schedule, and risk management principles.

    • analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and interpret KPIs.

    • Experience in the Corporate Real Estate and development industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

    • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

    • Knowledge of global construction regulations and standards.

    Construction Project Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD$162,000 - $299,400per year.
