Summary
The Director, Architecture is responsible for managing architectural and interior design projects from conception to completion. This role includes overseeing design development, creating project specifications, coordinating with internal stakeholders, architects, interior designers and consultants, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. Ensures architectural and design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Project Design and Planning
Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases, ensuring project goals align with business objectives and architectural & interior design standards.
Oversee the development of detailed project drawings, models, and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
Lead the development of firmwide architectural design processes and standards.
Project Management
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progression.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
