Job Description
AECOM Hunt has a need for a VDC/Digital Delivery Specialist to lead model-centric planning, coordination, and field enablement for a major construction project, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality delivery. Working with our Digital Technology team you will drive BIM/VDC execution, maintain our common data environment, and translate design intent into buildable, sequenced, and cost-informed models that support the site team, assisting in the management of model-based project deliverables from the AE team.

Job Duties:
Lead BIM/VDC execution planning: author and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Model Production & Delivery Tables, and information delivery plans aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 (or project-specific standards)
Coordinate federated models: manage authoring, federation, and clash detection; run coordination meetings; track issues to closure with design consultants, trade partners, and the construction team.
4D/5D integration: develop and maintain model-based construction sequencing (4D) and integrate quantities/cost data (5D) to support look-aheads, earned value tracking, and change analysis.
Field enablement: deploy model-based workflows for site teams (model viewing, AR/VR, model markups) and connect models to RFIs/submittals for efficient field decisions.
Works with Project Team and VDC Project Manager to assist in the organization and implementation of Digital Delivery Project Documentation.
