Sometimes...just in case the design phase isn't tough enough, we take the work all the way through and do the construction/fabrication ourselves.

Position Title:
Designer/Senior Designer/Architect (Dependent on experience)
We are seeking a talented Architect with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing projects that prioritize social and environmental equity. You will be responsible for leading project teams, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, sustainable designs. Some of our work requires travel to remote and magical locations. This role will report to the firm Principal.
Location: Washington, DC, Remote possible 1-2 days per week.
Start Date: September, 2024
Compensation: Salary Band will be $70,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)'
