Role Description
This contract role for a Design Technologist/VDC Manager involves highly technical building, infrastructure, and industrial projects . The Design Technologist / VDC Manager will be responsible for Managing 3d Modeling for various trades heavily focusing on MEP scopes.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
U.S. citizenship or residency required.
Revit Expertise - Min 4 years of modeling
Naviswork Experience - Min 2 years
Able to read Design Development and Construction Documents and translate them into 3d Lod 350 Revit Models
Coordination with GC and Subs
Managing Schedules and Deliverables
Minimum of 2 years experience preferred for modeling positions , but new graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
Minimum of 7 years experience preferred for management positions
This contract-based engagement may lead to a full-time position at GENX.
