As part of Monetization Product, the SMB Growth team is focused on helping to build products that enable small to medium sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform. We're seeking an experienced Design Program Manager to be responsible for managing the design work between various creative and business teams. In this role, they will have the opportunity to build something new and scale it quickly. The right candidate will be excited about creating from scratch and thrives in dynamic, and often ambiguous environments.
To view this job and apply, click here.Responsibilities - Partner closely with internal design teams and external agencies to support creative needs - Manage day-to-day collaboration between design and business teams - Define and implement processes to manage high volumes of creative requests - Negotiate designer workloads to ensure efficient usage of resources - Be responsible for the annual design budget across multiple lines of business - Report monthly request volume, budget consumption, and completion - Use creative problem solving skills to create workarounds and quick solutionsQualificationsQualifications - 5 years of experience in marketing design, program management, or similar - Possesses fundamental design and process knowledge - Demonstrated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Highly organized and able to establish scalable processes - Able to keep self and others focused in a dynamic and fast moving environment - Proven creative problem solver with experience in matrixed and complex organizationsQualifications TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
