The Position
Taking the lead on projects, you’ll direct the creative process by guiding designers, developing concepts, overseeing production and managing all moving parts of a brief from concept straight through to completion.
A skilled communicator, you’re a pro when it comes to presenting and selling to clients - confident to take responsibility for your team’s creative approaches, and proud of the thoughtful, strategic and impactful designs you’re crafting together.
Quickly becoming the glue that holds everything together, you’ll work hard to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, looking at the bigger picture and helping to define, build and grow the agency’s already stellar output.
What We’re Looking For
Curious, versatile and engaged, we’re after a Design Lead with a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality creative work.
We want to see a range of branding projects from strategy to rollout in your portfolio, highlighting your ability to take branding into the digital space as well as any UI, motion or 3D work you might have up your sleeve. Be sure to include 1-2 website design builds in there too!
