The Position
Driven and motivated, you’ll play a vital role in the studio, a hands-on presence that helps to inspire, coach and mentor the wider design team, as well as ensure the smooth delivery of projects by simultaneously hitting the brief and budget with ease every time!
Just as ready to get stuck in yourself, you’ll lend your wicked design skills and conceptual eye to a variety of projects and briefs, spotting opportunities and market trends that benefit both your clients and the agency.
Dealing with internal and external parties in equal measure, you’ll utilize your top-notch communication skills to concisely distil information, present ideas, and articulate constructive feedback, forming great working relationships all around.
What We’re Looking For
A Design Director with a real entrepreneurial spirit, who will become a real driving force for the company’s vision to grow - you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves, generate ideas and deliver some truly impressive work.
You’ll have experience in leading projects and providing mentorship and support, comfortable dealing with everyone from junior designers internally to senior client partners. We want to see your impressive portfolio that showcases your drinks experience as well as your strong ideas and conception.
