The Creative Design team is pivotal in bringing our store environments to life. Our mission is to develop the creative vision and design of our world class physical environments.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Creative Design Department, you will be part of the team responsible for designing our world-class, aspirational boutiques, offices, and distribution centres. As Manager, Design Development, you will in support in executing on the creative vision for our spaces through the development of meticulous, detailed design documentation to be included in our detailed drawing sets for the space. THE ROLE
As the Design Development Manager, you will:
Comprehensively develop net-new design details that bring the concept to life.
Develop the design of all specialty elements across all customer and employee spaces
Enable efficient design, decision making, and innovation through the development and maintenance of design visualizations and standards.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Design Development Manager has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus.
An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate
