JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Design Architect at Bathhouse, you will play a key role in shaping the spatial identity of our current and future locations. You’ll help us evolve and maintain a distinct design language that aligns with our brand values: minimalist yet warm, functional yet beautiful, bold yet human. You will collaborate closely with our founder, in-house project manager, external architects, vendors, engineers, and contractors to conceptualize and design interior schematic sets that elevate the Bathhouse experience. You are highly detail-oriented, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re as comfortable sketching early-stage concepts as you are reviewing shop drawings or selecting hardware finishes. You understand how physical space affects emotional experience and are passionate about designing environments that foster human connection, wellbeing, and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the interior architectural detailing for Bathhouse spaces across new builds, renovations, and ongoing enhancements.
Develop bathhouse specific design look books, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and interior material specifications in CAD, Revit (or similar).
