As a Creative Director at SYPartners, you will envision a future that does not yet exist and arrange all the elements to make it a powerful reality. You’ll advise a group of designers, and show up as a role model within our culture. You’ll work alongside a Strategy Director, leading client teams and help inform new work and relationships. You’ll fight for originality, and design for impact. The job of Creative Director is multidimensional and has no boundaries. It is about perpetually shaping the role of creativity within SYPartners and how we express that through our work.

Desired skills and experience:
Tells a great story, in a multitude of forms, with a strong background in design.
Oversees the success of each project and finds ways to expand the vision of the work.
Able to manage and inspire a strong team of designers, vendors, and partners.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and a willingness to coach those with different skill sets.
Shares ideas through form, not just words.
Cultivates high-performing, healthy teams with authentic communication and continuous coaching.
Dreams it and makes it — shows up as a both a visionary and a maker.
Leads with imagination, courage, and curiosity.
7-10 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject + the school of life.
Mastery of one or more aspects of design, including Graphic Design, Experience Design, Information Design, Art Direction, Storytelling, Editorial Design, Creative Technology etc.
