Envoy (Irvine) is looking for a Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role, you help the team drive projects forward and support the creation of best-in-class digital and interactive experiences.
Designers create original designs, prototypes, brand guidelines, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, and anything needed to communicate the team's vision. You're comfortable helping define a design system as well as extrapolating a design system across an array of digital touchpoints. It is imperative you have high standards and attention to detail in this position.

You report to one of our Creative Directors and you collaborate with our cross-functional teams - client services, creative, strategy, and technology teams.
You Will:
3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
A strong portfolio of work displaying strong conceptual thinking and user-centric design.
Experience building digital products, developing design systems and adapting brand guidelines for web experiences.
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch should be core elements of your toolbox.
Familiarity with prototyping tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Teamwork skills—the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a quick-paced environment.
Ability to take direction from Creative Directors.
Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and adapt across different platforms, including web, mobile, and various displays.
A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
