The right candidate will join Brick & Wonder as our Community Manager supporting our efforts to build a highly-engaged online and offline community of accomplished design and real estate professionals in NYC and beyond. Brick & Wonder is incubated out of an entrepreneurial architecture studio in Tribeca.

Must have:
A passion for entrepreneurship, architecture, design, interiors, and real estate
Comfortable with phone, email, and external meeting outreach to set up meetings and calls, connecting and introducing members to one another
Comfortable with sharing our value proposition with prospects and closing membership sales
Solid Adobe Creative Suite design skills for editing photos and producing newsletters and social media content within brand guidelines
Strong visual eye for curating social feeds with beautiful, relevant content
Outstanding written and spoken English
A self-starting approach and a willingness to pick up the phone many times each day to build relationships and facilitate introductions, delivering tangible value for our community members
Experience with generating, owning and executing a compelling content calendar
Proven ability to craft tailored, impactful in-person event experiences for small group settings, as well as larger gatherings
Experience with generating + executing branded partnerships
Nice to have:
Existing relationships in the Real Estate, Design, Architecture or Construction industries
Excellent writing, with the ability to independently research, write and edit compelling content for online journal and newsletter.
Experience designing and running offline events with online follow-up
Startup experience
Experience with basic video & sound recording and editing
