Job Description
Otto ADUis growing our construction delivery team to serve homeowners rebuilding after recent fires and our expanding ADU client base. We’ve built processes and internal software that let us deliver high-quality ADUs with unusual pace and consistency. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to help scale the system: to assist in project management and continually refine how we build.
This role starts at 20 hours/week with a path to full-time within 6–12 months as our project pipeline grows.

Otto ADU Otto ADU is a Los Angeles-based, full-service design-build company specializing in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and fire rebuilds. We manage the entire process, from design and permitting to construction, helping homeowners unlock new space, functionality, and value.
What you’ll do:
Day-to-day coordination with our Construction Lead across multiple active sites
Conduct site visits (1–2 days/week) for progress, quality, safety, and inspection readiness; complete structured checklists and photo logs
Verify design intent in the field against plans/specs; flag clashes and propose options
Review drawings (architectural, structural, shop drawings—esp. cabinets) and material schedules; track submittals and approvals
