Core Responsibilities
50% Project Management
Coordinate day to day processes of delivering, streamlining, efficiency and cost control of store build outs, remodels and refurbishments primarily across North America.
Ensures teams ownership of global construction meetings; facilitating and leading the content of agenda points through meeting notes, action items and follow-up information as needed.
Primary contact for USA organization between external Project Managers and LEGO internal partners for complete visibility of all projects.
Drives alignment with LEGO Retail Team to insure smooth move between Real Estate and Store Development and Operations.
Coordinate contribution of information to internal New Store SharePoint site; ensuring standard process and simplicity.
Responsible for timely budget tracking, reconciliation and recap, for current/up to date status of all Global projects; bringing up concerns/issues immediately.
Ownership in Budget planning, tracking and recap Meetings with Partners and respective Retail Controllers.
Lead external vendors to meet timelines and achievement of LBR store projects including new stores, refits, relocations and remodels.
