RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our technical team, you will provide our architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) customer base with outstanding BIM Support. You will be responsible for providing support, training, and implementation of Autodesk AEC software, including:
Performing BIM health checks, developing and implementing BIM standards, assisting clients with authoring BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and other BIM-related services.
Responding to support requests on BIM and CAD applications via email, telephone, and/or screen share while documenting interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Instruct beginner and advanced training sessions on CAD/BIM software applications to industry professionals.
Delivering engaging, professional pre and post-sales demonstrations to customers on AEC software capabilities.
Leading technical presentations and educational sessions, internally and externally, on industry software features and trends.
