We're looking for an ACD to join our Deutsch team and support creative efforts on a financial services client. They will work as a partner to Account and Strategy, contributing to multidisciplinary teams of art, copy, design, social, and content, across a myriad of social/digital/IRL/video projects. Reports to the ECD. This position is based in New York City. Base pay is listed as $135k-$145k.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the conceptual and strategic direction for all projects
Ensure the work is in line with Deutsch and client expectations
Manage client relationships in concert with Account and Strategy partners
Work to expand knowledge in categories and beyond, and across media surfaces
Clearly articulate and present ideas to the team, internal stakeholders and the client
SKILLS
Highly conceptual with big ideas always at the forefront
Quick, nimble, effective in getting to/through execution
Hands-on and a natural leader; willing to shape ideas as well as build on those of others

EXPERIENCE
7+ years experience in marketing across all platforms/surfaces
3+ years experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
