Our team is seeking anSME Account Manager, withexperience in the architecture or construction industry delivering projects. You will play an important role supporting ourGrowth Teamby providing our growing base of small to mid-size business clients with an seamless experience through onboarding, library implementation, material design support, and vendor connection services.
What you'll do:
Support ourDirector of Growthto build lasting relationships with small to mid-size architecture firms working with Acelab
Collaborate with our customer support and research team provide a quality experience and deliver clear outcomes for our architect accounts
Provide a smooth onboarding experience for partners through our proprietary material audit and library implementation process
Create strong, ongoing relationships via regular check-ins with small to mid-size partners to learn about their product, project, and library needs
Drive connections between architecture firms and building product manufacturers
Collaborate with product and material research teams to share feedback & improve user experience
Requirements
2+ years of full-time experience in AEC, project delivery, or project management in the US
2+ years of full-time customer support or account management experience
Basic understanding of how architects research, detail, and specify building products
Appetite and excitement for business development roles
Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
Solid organizational, follow-up, and relationship management skills
