Experience Designer, XR Innovation - Trigger (Remote)

Trigger is looking for a mid- to senior-level XR Innovator to help our team develop high-profile augmented, virtual, and mixed reality experiences. Our ideal candidate is a skilled creative thinker who takes a forward-thinking and hands-on approach. In this role you will help envision and conceptualize world-class digital experiences for an amazing roster of clients like Disney, Lucasfilm, Sony Pictures, LEGO, Honda, Adidas, NBA and more. This role is part of our XR Innovation department and reports to our Director of XR Innovation.

Requirements


  • You should be a self-motivated and passionate designer who is dedicated to evolving initial creative visions into tangible, ground-breaking digital experiences

  • A strong strategic design thinker who relishes in the challenge of solving a multitude of design problems and developing strong solutions for mixed reality user-experiences

  • Someone who takes initiative when it comes to the development of new products and experiences and has the ability to think outside of the box

  • Experience working in the interaction, product, and/or digital design industries, with agency experience as an added bonus

  • Familiar with prototyping processes and prototyping for digital experiences

  • Proficiency in all or a combination of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Office, iWork, and Google Suites

  • Clear sense of self-direction with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks across multiple projects

  • Collaborative team player who can integrate seamlessly into a cross-functional organization

  • Proficient communicator both in terms of verbal dialogue and the visualization and articulation of design concepts and solutions (both internally and to clients) - with strong writing and presentation skills

  • Enthusiastic and immersed in worlds of design, technology, mobile devices, video games, and movies

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead concept development for new projects while working solo and with a team

  • Develop new ideas and concepts day-to-day through creative ideation, sketching, and prototyping

  • Create impactful design overviews and presentations to clearly communicate our thought processes to all stakeholders

  • Participate in and facilitate creative workshops and brainstorms

  • Support roadmap development and scoping for projects

  • Help define what design quality means within digital and digital/physical experiences

  • Contribute to the overall morale, spirit, character, and work quality of what we do
