Freelance Creative Director - Mighty (Remote)
We’re looking for a seasoned Freelance Creative Director who will assist Mighty’s team with copywriting, consumer marketing initiatives, and marketing strategy. You are someone who is not afraid of bringing big ideas to the table and who will take the lead on elevating our overall creative output.

You should have strong consumer experience, preferably with at least some of it stemming from work with VC-backed startups, and be comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external agencies, and other freelancers. You will help Mighty create and execute on a cohesive creative strategy that is compelling and spreads across a variety of mediums and audiences.
This role is flexible but someone will need to be able to commit to between 15-25 hours per week and can be based out of NYC or remotely in the US only.
Your Mandate:
Create strategic creative brand campaigns for the B2C Mighty product offering
Write great copy and own executions of marketing copy across a variety of different channels
Produce new ideas for campaigns across a variety of channels
Identify creative opportunities by learning about our audience and our customers, our competitors, and the ways in which we are able to stand out as a brand that is challenging the status quo of the Personal Injury Industry
Your Experience:
6+ years of experience as a copywriter or creative director
At least 4 years of direct to consumer experience, preferably at a startup
Experience building brand strategy and marketing campaigns through various channels
A rich, innovative portfolio that showcases your strong understanding of curating brands and content
Strong storytelling skills, for both written and video content
